This page contains the Keren Kopal terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering any Keren Kopal product. By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the information below.

The applicable price is the one in effect on the date you place your order.

Shipping is free on all orders. Any sales tax or payment fees are shown before you confirm the purchase.

Return / exchange policy

All orders: you are entitled to an exchange or refund within 21 days of your delivery date. The product must be returned in new condition and in its original packaging. In the case of a refund, neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be reimbursed. Refunds are issued once the item is received by Keren Kopal. Keren Kopal is not responsible for packages lost by your carrier.

To initiate a return or exchange: email sales@kerenkopal.com with the subject "Return" or "Exchange" and include your name and order number in the email body. Your order number can be found in your initial email receipt. We'll email you back within one business day with further instructions.

All personal information you provide will be handled by Keren Kopal as the party responsible for it. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you and to provide offers. The information you provide is only available to Keren Kopal and will not be shared with third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. Payment

All products remain the property of Keren Kopal until full payment is made. The applicable price is the one in effect on the date you place your order. Shipping is free on all orders. Any sales tax or payment fees are shown before you confirm the purchase.

Credit card information is handled over SSL encryption. Keren Kopal reserves the right to take legal action against non-paying customers of any kind and to report such actions to the necessary partners. Please read the terms and conditions of the payment gateway chosen for the transaction, as it is responsible for the transactions made.

Shipping

Keren Kopal guarantees the delivery of every order.

Shipping takes 5–10 business days.

Keren Kopal is not responsible for packages lost due to mistyped addresses.

Keren Kopal cannot guarantee shipping times because of delays caused by customs, holidays or natural events.

Allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped from our facility (3–5 days during sales and product launches), unless your shipping option guarantees same-day shipping.

Orders placed late on Thursday evening and on Friday are normally shipped the following Monday.

Keren Kopal offers free shipping on all orders.
